<p>Pentru cei care au marci inregistrate incepe stressul. Aceasta noua lege nu mai prevede examinarea <em>ex-officio</em> a marcilor pentru motive relative de refuz. Cu alte cuvinte, nu vor mai fi emise refuzuri la inregistrare pe baza existentei unor marci anterioare similare sau  identice (pe produse similare sau identice).</p>
<p>Acest lucru implica transferul apararii drepturilor de proprietate industriala de la Oficiul Roman la proprietarul de drept al acestora.<br />
    Titularii marcilor vor trebui sa urmareasca saptamanal buletinele emise de OSIM, OMPI si OHIM (cele 3 institutii care publica marci ce pot produce efecte pe teritoriul Romaniei) pentru a evita acordarea unor marci similare sau  identice cu ale lor.</p>
<p>    Ca acest sterss sa fie diminuat sau exclus definitiv, aceasta monitorizare este ideal sa fie facuta de un specialist in domeniu. <strong>Raluca Ardeleanu</strong>, Consilier in Proprietate Industriala, cu o vasta experienta in OSIM si in alte oficii europene, ne prezinta avantajele acestei actiuni:<br />
- certitudinea ca marca sa nu va fi copiata/imitata si aplicata pe produse/servicii similare/identice, de o calitate indoielnica;<br />
- evitarea unor actiuni in instanta pentru apararea marcii prin anularea marcii similare/identice ulterior acordate (o data acordata marca, aceasta poate fi anulata doar in instanta, cu cheltuielile aferente de bani si timp);<br />
- obtinerea acestor avantaje cu cheltuieli minime, sub forma unui abonament lunar. </p>

<p>Yesterday I read in <a title="Loredana PR Wave" href="http://loredana.prwave.ro" target="_blank">Loredana</a>&#8216;s and <a title="Richard Nita" href="http://www.jobsessive.com/" target="_blank">Richard</a>&#8216;s blogs  about the natural and organic logo will be seen on product  packaging in the EU. I think not, skim and find that in fact <a title="logo competition " href="http://ec.europa.eu/agriculture/organic/logo/index.htm" target="_blank">the competition</a> is postponed due to incompatibility with some German trade mark.<br />
Today <a title="dexigners" href="http://www.dexigner.com/design_news/new-eu-organic-products-logo.html" target="_blank">found</a> that it&#8217;s official: The European Commission today officially announced the winner of the EU  organic logo competition.</p>

<p>Over the past two months, some 130,000 people have voted online to  choose the new organic symbol from three finalists. The winning design is by Dusan Milenkovic, a student from Germany, who  gained 63% of the overall vote for his &#8220;Euro-leaf&#8221; logo (however, doesnt Deutsch from Germany).<br />

From 1st July 2010, the organic logo of the EU will be obligatory on all  pre-packaged organic products that have been produced in any of the EU  Member States and meet the necessary standards. The &#8220;Euro-leaf&#8221; design shows the EU stars in the shape of a leaf against  a green background.  It is a very straightforward sign containing two clear messages: Nature  and Europe.</p>
<p>The winner and the winners of the second and third prize will be  honoured by the European Commission&#8217;s Directorate-General for  Agriculture and Rural Development at an official award ceremony that  will take place in Brussels in July 2010.</p>

This impression is created by your product positioning, client servicing, your attitude towards customers and society in general, your marketing campaigns, third party sources such as newspaper articles etc. This impression is called corporate identity.</p>
<p>While the corporate logo helps people remember the company it stands for, it does not help in creating an identity for your company. It is your actions and your conduct as a company which decides how you are perceived.</p>
<p>Clearly, corporate identity has a major role to play in strategic matters. Corporate identity everytime, everywhere.</p>
<p>Corporate identity is reflection of what a company is and how it is perceived by outsiders. It is the set of values and principles held by the firm. It is also the way these values are communicated – whether verbally, in writing, visually in the form of marketing and third party media, or graphically as corporate logo and brand colors. All these elements together project the image of the corporation – its corporate identity.</p>

<p>For many years the job of an interior designer had to do with decorating living or business spaces by using the appropriate selection of furnishings, lighting, floor and window treatments, artwork, and the use of color.</p>
<p>For the most part, these are the primary functions of interior designers but recently the tasks of interior designers have expanded to architectural aspects such as planning for interior detailing, the placement of windows, stairways, escalators, and building renovation elements.</p>
<p>All starting from the logo, visual identity of the company be retrieved both customers and employees. This means overdose of vitamine for healthy development, no deadly overbranding.</p>

<p>The refreshed logo, which the spokesman says was developed in-house and drops the previous blue-flag background, will appear on all new models and is to roll out across global communications, taking effect at UK dealerships from November, Peugeot says.</p>
<p>Sucks! I remember about the Citroen new logo review. This one is very poor &#8211; a reductive approach to the famous Lion mark, is it still a Lion? It&#8217;s just too abstracted and as for the typeface &#8211; mediocre, lightweight, generic.</p>

<p>Initially the new Cycle and Automobile companies continued to use the lion standing on an arrow. But, in order to personalize their trademarks, the different companies adopted individual graphics:<br />
- The CYCLE company used a Lion in combat;<br />
- The AUTOMOBILE company used the famous shield-shaped badge, featuring the LION&#8217;S head, followed by the LION seen on the Arms of FRANCHE-COMTÉ, which also appear on the arms of the COMTE de MONTBELIARD.</p>
<p>The most recent heraldic Lion was designed in 1998.</p>
